You may download the Request for Continuance Form in either a .pdf or Microsoft Word .doc format, or you may request your continuance via email. If emailed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address given. It is your responsibility to verify that the Court Clerk received and approved your continuance request and that you received a confirmation. Please note that you are allowed only one continuance. Failure to request a continuance by the Monday before your court date will result in a Failure to Appear being added to your record.
Failure to appear on the continued court date (the third Thursday of the following month) will result in a warrant or judgment being issued.
