These guidelines not only help make technology accessible to users with sensory, cognitive, and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.

Please specify the nature of the accessibility problem, the preferred format in which to receive the material, the web address of the requested material (if possible), and your contact information. We will respond to your request within seven (7) business days.
Progress to Date
- Published Digital Accessibility Statement
- Offered various methods of contact for the Communications Coordinator to request reasonable accommodations or modifications
- Ensured third-party GovPilot modules on the website (for House Watch, No Visit List, Builder Permits, etc.) will be accessible in a reasonable time frame. Currently, these modules fall under the Undue Burden provision of the accessibility guidelines.
- Notified Town Hall staff to enter information in the GovPilot modules as requested by site visitors.
- Engaged AudioEye, a third-party provider of Web Accessibility testing and monitoring, to help ColumbineValley.org conform with WCAG 2.2. Level, AA Success Criteria.
- Tracked all remediation needed and completed for web content and PDF downloads.
