Street Maintenance 2023

As part of the 2023 town wide paving project, the intersections of Driver Lane & Fairway Lane and Niblick Lane & Club Lane are scheduled to be removed and replaced in the next few weeks. The full pavement and surrounding gutterpans will be removed and replaced. This process will be done in two parts to avoid cutting off any access to Driver or Niblick. Each intersection is expected to be completed in one week, weather dependent.

Access to Driver will remain open during this project, but access to Fairway will be limited. While the north half is replaced, traffic must leave Driver taking Fairway south. While the south half is replaced, traffic must leave Driver taking Fairway North. Wedge Way will be used as a detour around the closed section of Fairway and flaggers will be present to help direct traffic.

Access to Niblick will remain open during this project, but access to Club will be limited. While the north half is replaced, traffic must leave Niblick taking Club south. While the south half is replaced, traffic must leave Niblick taking Middlefield North.

Updates to the project and schedule will be provided as the start date gets closer.
