Each October the Town partners with a provider to offer annual immunizations to members of the community. The next Flu Shot Clinic is scheduled for:
- Monday, Oct. 5, 2026
- 7:30-9 a.m.
- 5-6:30 p.m.
- Town Hall Boardroom
Flu Shot Clinic Instructions
- Do not attend the flu clinic if you or someone you have been in close contact with is sick.
- Preregister or bring your insurance card to submit to insurance.
Vaccines Offered
- Three flu vaccine options:
- Fluzone (ages 6mo. – 64)
- Flublok (ages 65+)
- Flumist (non-needle vaccine for ages 2 – 49)
- COVID: mNEXSPIKE (ages 12+), covid for ages 6mo – 11 available upon request
- Other vaccines:
- Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and whooping cough, booster given every 10 years)
- RSV (given once after 50 or 75, depending on health history)
- Pneumonia (given once after 50)
- Shingles (given twice after 50)
Preregistration
You may preregister or drop in at either time. To preregister:
- Visit bit.ly/coflu.
- For the Enrollment Code, enter: CO31703.
- For the Location, select 10/05/26 Town of Columbine Valley from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your insurance information as prompted or indicate no insurance/uninsured.
- You may complete the health questions as you preregister.
If your answer to ANY screening question on the form is “Yes,” or if your health condition changes before clinic day, please notify the on-site nurse so you can discuss it before receiving any vaccines.
