The Town of Columbine Valley is a statutory community whose actions are governed by the Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) as well as an adopted municipal code. The Town government consists of a Mayor and a board of six Trustees who meet the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM, all elected from the community at large. The Town maintains a professional administrative staff as well as a full-time police force.
Columbine Valley Town Hall is located at 2 Middlefield Road. Town Administrative Offices are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Board of Trustee and Town Commission Meetings are held in this facility and the Board room is available for official meetings of the Town’s homeowners associations; there is no public meeting space available.
Municipal Court is not held in the Columbine Valley Town Hall. Court is held at Littleton Municipal Courthouse at 2069 West Littleton Blvd., Littleton, 80120 on the 3rd Thursday of every at month at 5:30 PM.
Columbine Valley Administrative Offices close in observance of New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
