Each October the Town partners with Front Range Flu Shots LLC to offer annual immunizations to members of the community. The shots range in price and insurance cards must be presented at the time of service; co-payments may apply. The next Flu Shot Clinic is scheduled for:
- Monday, Oct. 6, 2025
- 7:30-9 a.m.
- 5-6:30 p.m.
- Town Hall Board Room
Every individual must complete this Consent for Treatment Form from Front Range Flu Shots prior to receiving the vaccine. Additional information on vaccinations may be found here.
Flu Shot Clinic Instructions
- Do not attend the flu clinic if you or someone you have been in close contact with is sick.
- Bring completed flu shot consent form (download above).
- Bring insurance card if Front Range Flu Shots is submitting flu shot claim to the insurance company.
- Follow current CDC, state and local COVID-19 guidelines.
