The Town of Columbine Valley is a statutory community whose actions are governed by the Colorado Revised Statutes (CRS) as well as an adopted municipal code. The Town government consists of a Mayor and a Board of Trustees, who meet the third Tuesday of every month. The Mayor and six Trustees are all elected from the community at large. The Town maintains a professional administrative staff as well as a full-time police force.
Columbine Valley Town Hall is located at 2 Middlefield Road. Town Administrative Offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Board of Trustee and Town Commission Meetings are held in this facility and the board room is available for official meetings of the Town’s homeowner associations; no public meeting space is available.
Municipal Court is held on the first Thursday of every at month starting at 3 p.m. for virtual appearances and 4 p.m. for in-person appearances. In-person appearances take place at Columbine Valley Town Hall at 2 Middlefield Road.
Columbine Valley Administrative Offices close in observance of New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
