Gutter Pan Replacement
UPDATES
- As of Monday morning (Nov 4th) the project is still scheduled to move forward as planned.
- The weather caused a late start, but crews are on site removing old pans.
As part of the 2024 gutter project, some of the concrete gutter pans around town are being replaced. Affected residents will be notified by door hangers, but should check back here for the must up to date schedule. With winter weather approaching, the schedule may need to be extended.
Residents with full driveway pan removal will need to have any needed vehicle out of their driveway by 8AM on Monday. Overnight street parking will be allowed in this area. The new pans will be coned off until they have cured and are ready to drive on.

5 Tools for Street Maintenance Updates
Please know that Public Works is committed to providing timely information about maintenance that impacts resident parking and driving within the Town. Keep in mind that schedules do change rapidly due to issues such as weather and crew availability. The Town communicates about street maintenance in the following ways:
- Website: This page is updated first and serves as the one source of truth of street maintenance.
- Email: The aim is to send a targeted email to affected residents when work begins in an area. All residents for whom we have an email address receive a message. If you’re not on the Town email list, send a note to KAnton@ColumbineValley.org.
- Door Tags: When significant work is planned, Public Works places a note on the front door of each impacted house. If you’re in the habit of entering through the garage, you might check the front door occasionally.
- Nextdoor: Find general updates on street maintenance at nextdoor.com/pages/town-of-columbine-valley.
- HOA Presidents: If a major and/or time-consuming project will occur in a neighborhood, Staff will communicate with the HOA President so he or she can cascade the information to their residents.
